How to exchange defect product:

 

In-Store Purchase

1. Visit Outpost Outlets / authorized seller where you make the purchase

2. Bring along the original receipt with the item(S) you want to exchange. Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels.

3. Our team will validate your request accordingly

*Please visit the outlet within 14 days from your purchased date

Online Purchase

1. Take picture / video of the defect area

2. Send to Deer Creek Marketing Whatsapp (60169847559)

3. Provide Shopee order ID

4. Our team will assist you with the next step of exchange

*Please contact us our within 14 days from your completed time on Shopee

Example: You click 'Order Received' on 25/8/2022 on Shopee so you must contact us within 14 days from this date
