EXCHANGE POLICY

This Exchange Policy covers manufacturing defect recognized by Camps & Apparels Corp. Sdn Bhd (C&A) and is valid 7 calendar days for your purchased date (In-store purchase) or 14 calendar days from completed time (online purchase).

For any inquires, claims or returns, all communications must be made to its Customer Service Department at 016-9847559 or info@myoutpost.com.my

Irrespective of whether the said product, verified as with a manufacturing defect, has been used or not, C&A will firstly offer a repair solution or with part replacement. If C&A is unable to repair or replace with a part, C&A will exchange the product with another of equivalent product. If no equivalent product is available, a store voucher will be offered, equivalent to the same value of the original purchase price.

If a returned product has been verified with manufacturing defect, C&A will reimburse the cost of the courier to its HQ and will bear the cost of the shipping fee of the repaired/replaced product to.

This policy is only valid and enforceable in Malaysia and will apply only if you have purchased the product from C&A or its authorized resellers, AEON, or OUTPOST retail stores.

​

Exchange Exclusion:

The Exchange Policy does not apply to non-Deer Creek product, even if packaged or sold with a Deer Creek product and does not apply to any counterfeit products.

​

It will also not apply if the product has been exposed for commercial use such as rental or commercial accommodation

​

Others Exclusion Include:

1. Defect that come from normal use like tear, scratches, color fading

2. Defect caused by accident, mishandled like dropping the product, misapplication, wrong assembling / disassembling the product.

3. Defects caused by exposure to extreme natural conditions, liquid, or gasses

4. Defects caused by third-party (courier)

5. Defects caused by service (including repairs) performed by anyone other than Deer Creek authorized representative

6. Defects caused by a modification of a product without Deer Creek’s permission

7. Defects due to  external causes such as, but not limited to, water damage, exposure to sharp objects, exposure to excessive force, anomalies in the electrical current supplied to the product (if applicable), and extreme thermal or environmental conditions

Limitation of Damages

C&A IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (SUCH AS LOSS OF CONTENT, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, ETC.), OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE, CAUSED BY A PRODUCT DEFECT.

As the brand owner of Deer Creek, C&A has the sole right for the Exchange Policy and the right to alter, modify or in any way change the terms and conditions of the policy.

In-Store Purchase

1. Visit Outpost Outlets / authorized seller where you make the purchase

2. Bring along the original receipt with the item(S). Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels. C&A reserve the right to reject any exchange if the product do not meet all of these criteria.

3. Please drop off your item at the outlet.

4. A decision will be made by C&A whether the item is to be returned for further inspection. Our Customer Service will contact you to inform regarding the decision.

Returned for Inspection

  1. A solution will be communicated to you within 3 working days from the date C&A receives the returned item.

​

Repairs

  1. Please be informed our repairing process on the product will take up to 7 working days from the date the solution has been communicated and agreed upon.

​

*Please visit the outlet within 7 days from your purchased date

*Please be informed, we won’t be able to process the return or exchange without the receipt of the corresponding item. Deer Creek reserves the right to reject any exchange if the customer failed to show the receipt.

Online Purchase

1. Take picture / video of the defect area

2. Send to Customer Service Whatsapp (60169847559)

3. Provide Shopee order ID

4. Please make sure the product is in original condition with original product packaging, price tags, and labels. C&A reserve the right to reject any exchange if the product do not meet all of these criteria. 

5. Our team will assist you with the next step of exchange

Example: You click 'Order Received' on 25/8/2022 on Shopee, so you must contact us within 14 days from this date.
